Seeking Help Tata binge ott app not working on tv

Planet Marathi ott app showing no subscribion even after having subscription. I can use it ove mobile however not on tv.

You can watch planet Marathi contents directly from binge app on binge+ STB, no need to use app rather tata play does not provide login credentials for planet Marathi, same with other OTTs such as Curiosity Stream,DocuBay,Namma Flix,Chaupal and Reeldrama.
