Why is Tata Play's channel list not being updated? What is the problem?

There is no 'problem'. Try to understand that lists like these take time and effort from the creator which he might not have to update it daily or immediately as soon as any change happens. 1st post was last updated just on 19th October, replying consistently and nagging through private messages will not help him in making the changes any sooner.
