Seeking Help Tata Play no sound

No sound is coming from Tata Play Settop box. This issue came sometime back and it got resolved by itself within few minutes. But now the sound problem has come again. I dont know whats the issue here. Settop box problem? HDMI cable? HDMI port? Please help me. Thank You

I use HDMI cable to connect to my TV. Now the sound is coming. I don't know what is causing the issue. Sometimes sound doen't come and a few minutes later it works normally.

Sometimes I also faced same issue, just turn off stb from power switch, then turn on it's resolved

Factory reset and check once
If possible set the audio output to pcm instead of dolby
