You are right bro similar thing happening in my area but not with Tata Play it's with Sun Dth.

Actually the dealer installing Connection with 6 to 12 month offer and after completion of this period he is installing new box instead of recharging existing box and just increasing his connection count also he is collecting old box from customer but don't know what he is doing with that box
