Tata Play SD And HD Box Not Working and showing no signal on both

Check whether conditions,wires properly connected to stb,or any disturb in receiving signal from trees,and finally remove that card from stb backside and clean safely then insert again.try once sis.

May be dual lnb is problem. Check lnb front cover.. If it break some small insects entering inside of lnb. Check connecters and cables
