Channel - 100 Signal levels after changing PVR box with super lnb 2.0. Is this signal levels good? Technician who changed lnb not align the dish and he said all are okay. Can we manually align the dish?

No. No effect on signal levels unless you use duplicated, rusted, defective cable, splitter, connectors.
