Discussion Tata Play Users: Which Essential Features Should Airtel Keep Post-Merger ?

Airtel channels are synchronised properly and their CC is really pathetic. On the other hand, TATA play have a dedicated CC who receive calls from customers.
Post merger, Airtel should really work in solving the issues, else many many look forward for other options.

Yes. If the quality decreases then I will close DTH connection and just watch content on OTT and Youtube.
 
I think this merger will be like disaster for TP users, because modification in channel selection and viewing channels through internet while no signal these two features could be discontinued with Airtel.
 
Disaster, that's it. If Tata would be acquiring Airtel we could hope things would be better for the two of them, but not with the other way around. DishTV acquired D2H and remedied it. Airtel will suck up Tata Play into oblivion.
