Lnb is in correct position .picture not getting , no new software updated

. customer select insat4a edit polarization to vertical . then press ok signal will get. after getting channels, pls do downloadin software manual

Tried that but still no signal and no software update for hd+ even after selecting vertical. I think software will be pushed by H polarity only just like other stb hd/sd has been done.

in sd box and hd box[Technicolor] .this procedure success. I dont know more in HD+

Signal will the problem nd than he will Complain to Tatasky or give miss call :k Than the Engineer will come nd do the setting or else If the STB got new Software update than it will automatically changed by Tatasky ...As Tatasky has Dynamic update systems also :k:tup
