Tata Sky added 12 new TP from GSat-10

Forget about new channel addition. Currently Tata Sky is having huge problems because of customers complaints about no signal, so they cant afford new channel addition at the moment otherwise poor customer care people will have to deal with 2 types of people: 1 having signal issues and other requesting new channel addition to their plan.
