You can try asking CC. They have a upgrade option, i guess u need to pay for the upgrade.

I have brought humax only last Nov, I find issue in KTV and sound issue in travel XP Tamil. So will ask for exchange to Technicolor hevc box after knowing the performance .

If u seek replacement buy Oct this year u may not be charged for the replacement as ur STB has 1 year warranty. so u have time till then to decide, after that u will have to pay to get the replacement.
