As long as I know TS stb (or any stb in India) is made to receive Signals only and we can not send signal from stb to satellite.
So,we can not submit our pack through stb anyway.

Tata Sky Help feature has these details already. Nothing new in this. They recently revamped the Help feature and its posted few months back in our forum already.
