Subscribers who recharge upfront / maintain good balance wont get any offers... most of the offers are given to retain customers (whos subscription is expired or almost expiring)... Earlier, I checked for 10+2 offer with CC, they said no such offers in my account.

There is no Miss call no to drop channels/pack but there is SMS codes for same
