Tata Sky+ overheating and reboots in couple of mins

My Tata Sky+ Recording (8 years old) is giving problem since last 10 days. The fan starts becoming noisy, keeps increasing and with message "The set top box is overheating", it reboots. After reboot, it just shows "full blue circle" on STB.

Is it solvable, or I need to go for a brand new STB? Please suggest.

You need to exchange your STB.

You need to call the customer care and place a request for technician visit. They will check it and provide a replacement (refurbished STB).
