Tata sky recording disabled

I wanted to ask why does Tata sky have there recording disabled on there Tata sky comedy and tata sky adbhut kahaniyan channel. I have a tata sky hd plus box and recording works on every other channel except this. Does anyone else have this issue? And how can we solve it?
