Not necessarily. There is a must carry clause for DPOs in new rules. If a channel signs interconnection agreement with the DPO then the DPO has to add it within 30 days if they have space. If they don't have space then channels have to be in added in ascending order of request date whenever there is space.

Brother, just bcoz their parent company is linked to political family this does not mean all channels from opposite side will be blocked. Business is not run like this, dish d2h provides NDTV even though Zee is considered to be inclined towards other end of spectrum.

Also are u sure that RED FM does not carry ads of parties other than their family front? In my town, RED FM does air paid promotions of range of parties.
