Change the packages which you are giving now its too costly.dhamaka package of rs 199 you include few more infointment channels like discovery and also add few more music channels also . remove dhammal kids package and include all kids channels in dhammal mix package of rs 299. Airtel giving all kids channels in 285 package .in 299 package you add all kids channels and also include few main sports channels like ten1,sony six and star sports 1 along with english news like times now and republic . discontinue dhammal kids package and bumper packages.,also sports dhamaka package of rs 399 you give all kids channels and 2 or 3 english movies like movies now ,romedy now and colors infinity channel. Also ultra package of rs 560 should be reduced to 500 maximum .

• Another most important point to be done is to give customers chance to add hd addon package along with the base package just as what dish tv and airtel dth are doing.make separate hd add on packages as below :
• A] dhamaka hd addon : rs 75 per month .
• B] dhammal mix hd addon : rs 95 per month.
• C] dhamaal kids hd addon : rs 95 per month .
• D] sports dhamaka hd addon : rs 175 per month.
• E] ultra hd addon : rs 200 per month.
• F] platinum hd addon : rs 225 per month.
• These addon package must be introduced and customers can take these addon hd packages along with any base packages of rs 99/199/299/350/399/560 .if this done more customers join tatasky as airtel and dish tv do provide this type of special hd add on packages to be added with base package .this can be gamechanger for tatasky .
