Your question also sounds logical. Even I am surprised how SS HD3&4 will be added before the LCN of HD1&2. I think we will get a clear picture on 1st Feb. Also if TEN HD LCN will change then even Ten Sports LCN should change. Lets see what happens.
CC did not mention about LCN Change of Ten Sports.

Even I asked them about star sports hd 3 and hd 4 they said that the lcn of those channels will be 408 and 410 and that of ten sports and ten hd will be 411 and 412 respectively
