Tata will hold its stake in the TataSky. But other investors, like Murdoch, will trim their investment in Tata(Sky.
For fiscal 2011-12, net loss of Rs 298 crore on net sales of Rs 1,590 crore
For fiscal 2010-11, net loss of Rs 470 crore on net sales of Rs 1,350 crore.

The source also said a proposal was made by the Tatas to Videocon to merge their DTH businesses but the Videocon declined, seeking a better valuation.
