Can tatasky uses MPEG-4 with DVB S2 technology after migration or channels will be provided only MPEG-4 technology because some forum asked that tatasky+ not saported DVB S2 technology . So tatasky will be change old tatasky+ box to new tatasky+hd boxes or channels provided only MPEG-4 just like RELIENCE DIGITEL TV (it is not saported DVB S2 technology)

I don't get your point you mean MPEG 4 with DVB S right. By the way DVB S2 is backward compatible to DVB-S

Tata Sky+ is MPEG4 and DVB S2 compatible.

Sent from my GT-I9500

New Box or Model of Tatasky Support MPEG4 DVBS 2 In all Segment (Sd,Hd,HD+,DVR)

Vikram, Tata Sky is having 3 STBs currently. SD/HD/HD DVR. No HD+ and separate SD DVR.

Reliance and sun are enter in 2007-08 in dth era but if we observe tata sky and airtel are using same stb and code system[videoguard] and also providing mpeg4 stb from some mid of 2010 so logicaly all mpeg4 are dvb s2 compatible.
