Second - Romedy Now + has been completely discontinued due to poor response NOT revamped to Movies Now + and Third - Movies Now HD name was changed to Movies Now +.

Here is how it actually happened:
Initially when Romedy Now+ had just been discontinued, both Movies Now HD and the then newly launched Movies Now+ were running simultaneously on Dish TV (Movies Now+ on the same LCN as the erstwhile Romedy Now+). Both HD channels were also simultaneously available from satellite. Subsequently Movies Now HD was stopped and Movies Now+ (which was actually the reincarnation of Romedy Now+) continued.

I guess you havnt seen ads of movies now + initially which says Movies Now HD is now Movies Now +.
