TataSky Updates Selfcare portal again

today i logged into my tatasky selfcare portal and tried to chat with an CC guy. usually the chat window comes up immediately i click on Chat Now. But now it presents an menu which has options as in second image. if you choose self help the third image pops up. if you select live chat then the chat window opens up
