Tatasky will Install Ethernet cable who have HDPVR without Ethernet cable

• If there is no HDPVR asset in the subscriber account, informs the customer that Ethernet cable will be given only if he has a HDPVR asset
• If there is HDPVR asset in his account, TSA creates FR WO Type with Sub Type as "Request for Ethernet cable"
• If the Subscriber does not have Ethernet cable ISP CCO will update the Resolution Code "Installed Ehternet cable" & Reason Code "Ethernet Cable" in the FR WO, follows the WO update process & move the WO to Verified Status
• If the Subscriber has Ethernet cable ISP CCO will change the Sub Type as "Service Repair". Update the Resolution Code "Resolved with Mat Repl" & Reason Code "Replace Ethernet Cable" in the FR WO, follows the WO update process & move the WO to Verified Status
• If the Subscriber does not want to install Ethernet cable ISP CCO will update the Resolution Code "Other Non Chargable Services" & Reason Code "Refused Personal Reason" in the FR WO
• If there is technical glitch in Installing the Ethernet Cable ISP CCO will update the Resolution Code "Other Non Chargable Services" & Reason Code "Technical Not Feasible" in the FR WO, follows the WO update process & move the WO to Verified Status

A → Installer takes back the used Ethernet cable from the customer & replaces with new cable.

A → Installer will inform the same to the ISP CCO who will then have the appropriate RCs updated.

Q → What if there is a technical glitch due to which the Ethernet cable cannot be Installed?

A → Rs.125 Service Visit fee will be levied basis the RC selected by the ISP in the WO.

Not for recording purpose , its for downloading recorded content provided by TS.

No. you can't download to PC. Its encrypted, so you can't watch it even if you somehow copied to PC.

it good for future if Net Starting By satellite and tatasky first Broadcaster in india.

Not feasible in near future till they shift to other satellite with more TPs or share TPs with D2h.
