[Tax included] Chota packs and alacarte details

After very heavy duty work some major changes done in #1 :tup :

1. Quality of the post is improved (Channels included... etc..)

2. All prices are now made including taxes applicable on it.

That means now origional prices to be deducted from your account is showing in the post. For instance, When you subscribe any pack worth Rs. 10 it deductes Rs. 11.03- So now its easy to know actual info.

3. Some newly introduced packs will be added in the list very soon.
