Technical error in sundirect

I talked to CC (39407575)

They are saying that technician will visit and replace the STB.

And here's the bad news: it is NOT free. ₹350.
 
But I am going to stay back until I get a upgradation offer instead of paying 350 for SD box I will take HD box by giving some extra money

 
For me too the problem still persists.......planning to change to Tata Sky.....worst CC ......made to wait wait 48 hrs then 24 hrs..now they r telling to wait 72 hrs....Fed up with Sun ......
 
Of course Tata sky is gud but the main thing is it is costlier than sundirect and in sundirect if you spend 325 a month you can enjoy SD and HD channels per month which will not happen with Tata sky so think before you switch

The problem now resolved can you check it now ?
 
The Blank screen issue now got resolved, Now all box working fine.[emoji3]
