Mine is updated manually to 10c. but vod not working, instruction displaying give a miscall to 09202292022, then insert pen drive again etc, but after giving a miscall I received SMS 'your mobile number is registered with multiple subscriber IDs call helpline, I called, but the cc executive told they can't activate the service, the same will be activated through miscall only, I requested her to solve RMN issue, she put me on hold and told that she solved the problem, again I tried through miscall but same reply. then called cc again. surprising is that, this time cc executive told me that the vod service is not available in HD,its available only in HD + , I have wrong info, I also advised her to be updated and never misguide us like this...
