Can anyone explain procedure to scan or reset STB ? Is this required to be done everytime we get new channel ?

Also don't D2H inform customers on addition of channels as a msg ?

No need to scan or reset Stb every time when a new channel added, when new channel added its automatically added on Stb,
D2h not informing users when they add a new channel, it's very bad work by d2h.

BTW - just tell me how to scan, confirm if this is the option called Setup>> Reset Default settings ? If we do so, will my favourite channel list disappear (ie) I have set my own favourite channels from 1 to 80.
