Prabhas got 6000 Marriage Proposals!


Now that film audiences got their answer for the most-debated query in India- 'Why Kattappa Killed Baahubali?' the next big question in circulation is 'When's actor Prabhas getting married?'. Post the release of Baahubali part-1, our 'darling' emerged out as big as top Khans of Hindi film industry and he even became one of the most-desirable and eligible bachelor of this country. So, imagine how many proposals he would have received in the meantime?

Surprisingly, Rebel star Prabhas got around 6000 marriage proposals from his female fans worldwide while filming for India's biggest magnum opus from SS Rajamouli - Baahubali. However, Prabhas welcomed none of the proposals and only glued to work for last 5 years - that proves his commitment for films. Meanwhile, during Baahubali-2 post-production, several unconfirmed reports suggested that his family members have already searched a girl whom he'd be marrying after the film's release. But, there's no update on it as of now.

During the promotions, press-meets and interviews for 'Baahubali -The Conclusion', the star actor is being hit with many questions about his marriage to which he remains tight-lipped . On the work front, Prabhas will next be working for a multi-lingual action-thriller 'Saaho' under the direction of Sujith as part of his next project

Rajamouli Copied His Own Film For Baahubali







Social media is right now abuzz that director SS Rajamouli has copied his own story for the film "Baahubali" and tweaked it a little before sugar coating with visual effects. Here it goes.

A short story for you first - "A super caring mother has two sons, one is an adopted elder son and other one is her own offspring. And she develops more affection on the elder one, which isn't being liked by the younger sibling. Finally, the younger one succeeds in planting bitter stuff about his brother in Mother's mind. As Mother now hates the elder one, younger one feels happy. Climax of the story is how elder one makes mommy realise that he's a good guy and the ensuring ending for any revenge drama"

More than finding shades of Rajnikanth's Dalapathi here, you'll say that this is straight away "Chatrapathi" story. What if the name of the mother is Sivagami, elder one is Amarendra Baahubali and younger son is Bhallaladeva. It's the same story, isn't it?

While Vizag refugee camp shifted to Mahishmati, initially Sri Lanka is the place where Sivudu hails from. Except changing story line and order a little, adding few more characters, many feel that both Baahubali franchise and Chatrapathi have the same story line.

Official Clarification on Baahubali 3



Indian cinema lovers have not got enough of Baahubali franchise and they want SS Rajamouli to make more parts, raising the bar every time. When the ace director was recently asked if he would keep alive the Baahubali franchise, he cleverly dodged the question. Now, the film's writer and Rajamouli's father Vijayendra Prasad has provided a sort of official clarification on whether there will be a Baahubali 3 or not.

The senior writer said that he penned the story for only two parts and that neither he nor his son are planing to make a third part. He confirmed that there won't be Baahubali 3.

Prasad however said that the Baahubali fans will be keep entertained with different spinoffs. A comic book series is already unveiled and the plans for a TV series are currently underway. The shooting of this TV series will happen in the same sets that were erected for the movie.

So, the non-Rajamouli Baahubali franchise will continue but on different platforms

Dangal Girl for Pelli Choopulu Hero?



If gossip is to be believed, Dangal girl Fatima Sana Shaikh who played the lead in Aamir's film is being considered for Vijay Devarakonda's new film. While the makers are yet to approach Fatima, it's learnt that the producers would soon be approaching Fatima as the character in Vijay's next need someone who has strong connection to sports

The film will be Vijay's immediate film after his upcoming film Arjun Reddy. The pre look of this untitled film has been unveiled on Tuesday (May 9, 2017) on the eve of the actor's birthday. The poster looked quite interesting. With a deep cut on his face with blood strains, Vijay's rough look is impressive. The film's tagline - "Fight For What You Love" - says it all about the film's plot which revolves around 'Love' and 'Fight'.

Produced by Yash Rangineni and directed by debutant Bharat Kamma, this film will have cameraman Sujith Sarang, editor Sreejith Sarang and Music director Justin Prabhakaran

Hindi Baahubali: No Records Left!



The second installment of SS Rajamouli's epic fantasy Baahubali, Baahubali : The Conclusion, is smashing the Box Office records. The Hindi-dubbed version of the film has shattered all the existing records leaving the trade pundits in utter shock.

Noted trade analysts themselves stating that the film has broken all the records without leaving a single record. Besides making a unique feat of crossing Rs 1000 Crore (gross includes cumulative of Telugu, Tamil and Hindi world-wide) mark and a first film in India to do so, the dubbed version in Hindi too has several firsts, records to its credit as it broke all the records of Superstars there

In Hindi, the film is now credited for Fastest Rs 50 cr, Fastest Rs 100 cr, Fastest Rs 150 cr, Fastest Rs 200 cr, Fastest Rs 250 cr and Fastest Rs 300 cr. In just 10 days of its release (April 28), the film achieved this remarkable feat. On other hand the film is on its way to set new record of Fastest Rs 350 Cr as well.

With this, the fans of Prabhas are on cloud nine as their favourite matinee idol has been the face of the highest grossing film in India ever.

Duvvada Jagannadham Trailer Sets New Record



There's no stopping to Stylish Star Allu Arjun's Duvvada Jagganadham. Just days after two of the songs from the film managed to strike a chord with the audiences and were received phenomenally, now the latest is that the trailer is breaking records! Within 24 hours of being released online, the trailer of the Harish Shankar-directorial has clocked a whopping 7.4 million views on YouTube and Facebook together. This is the highest for a film in south India after Baahubali: The Conclusion

In fact, the makers of the film are very happy with the excellent feedback the trailer is receiving. Everyone who watched it has been raving about the two looks of Allu Arjun who has been shown in an avatar completely new for his fans and the audience in general. The craze for Pawan Kalyan's next film in the direction of Trivikram is undoubtedly at zenith. Taking this as advantage, it has been widely rumored recently that Dil Raju has acquired the Nizam rights of this crazy film for 'non-Baahubali 2' record sum of Rs 32 crore

We has now learnt from reliable sources close to Dil Raju that the number is bloated by as much as Rs 9 crore. Raju surely has acquired the Nizam rights of #PK25 but for Rs 23 crore. The deal still is one of the highest in this area. On the other hand, distributors from all areas are reportedly offering exorbitant prices for the film's rights. Total Pre-release business can be in excess of Rs 100 crore. If we add the satellite, dubbing and digital rights, the number will be huge.

Meanwhile, after a short break, Pawan has the other day commenced shooting for this family entertainer. The present schedule is of two weeks in Hyderabad. As per the buzz, producer S Radha Krishna is planning to organize a press meet soon to announce the film's title and release date

Mahesh Babu To Do A Chandrababu Naidu?


Owing to take his fans for a ride this time after a bitter disappointment from Brahmotsavam, Mahesh Babu has been continuously working without big breaks to make sure his next releases will be terrific. One of them is AR Murugadoss' Spyder and another one is Koratala Siva's Bharath Anu Nenu

Coming to this new film under Koratala Siva's direction, which unites the Srimanthudu duo yet again, shooting has already started. As discussed already in these columns numerous times, Mahesh will be seen as Chief Minister of a Telugu state in this movie.

PV Sindhu Biopic To Be Shot There

Sonu Sood hasn't just confined to his statement on producing PV Sindhu's biopic but he has actually began working on it. The actor-producer is on look out for picturesque locations for the film. Sood has just finalized a location in Dubai - a Cycle path. This is where the actress who play PV Sindhu will be trained. This is not all. The film will also be shot in China and Seoul

Apparently, Sonu Sood himself is personally taking care of each and every detail that is required. Admitting it, Sonu Sood stated that he wants to be a hands-on producer who adds value to the film.

While it's not clear who is going to play PV Sindhu in the film, it's learnt that Sindhu will be seen in a special cameo in the movie. The film's director name has been kept under the wraps. Even as the script is in its final stages, Sonu Sood is not wasting time and finalizing the locations
