"Test 40" Replaced "RVS News" on Intelsat 20

Test 40 added on its place with blank screen.

Now its available from 4184 V 21600 only .. Hoping that the channel 4tv News will start soon ..

Channel "4TV" (RVS News) looks like a Urdu news channel to me from the test transmission.

As per promo its a GEC and news channel > "4TV News" testing from Intelsat 20 @68.5°E
The telecast may be from Jammu or from other party election campaign.. The person is telling some thing against BJP,RSS ....
