Recently on this TP 8 slots available for Private channels. But in 76th E-auction, there are total 9 channels got slot on MPEG-4 platform. So they increased one more slot. This is not for DD tamil HD.

So, now no slot left on DD free dish. There were doubts on DD Himachal, they also got cleared. DD Himachal removed from MPEG-4 and available only on MPEG-2 from now. This time there doesn't seem to be any channel to leave DD free dish in middle. If everything goes well then the next auction will be held only after a year.
