At Present None Of Sun Direct HD STBs Doesn't Showing 4K Resolution

Max Is 1080p60

Will Be Interesting To See, How Sun Direct Might Come Up,,,
We can watch a 4k channel in HD TV using a 4k reciever or 4k STB but resolutions r 1080 p only...the main thing is stb should support H265 4k transmission...then only we get video..in hevc only we get only Audio...

Yes! But Watching A 4K Channel In 1080p Is Definitely A Needless

As Already Sun Direct HD Channels Have Superior PQ

Unless We Get 2160p Then Better They Shouldn't Launch,,,

If the Hardware supports 4K then they can easily add higher resolution on stb
through a software upgrade

Skyworth
HSG300 HD boxes has this specifications
Irdeto IFCP / Synamedia / Nagra / Conax.

it all sounds like a fairy tale. a dth compony were selling 4k stb at the price of hd stb. if it is real then sun could become the largest 4k dth distributer in the country . Essentially every hd user is a potential 4k customer
