“We have decided to change all our boxes and not just
Magicbricks Now to be compatible with Amagi. Entire
boxes will be converted into splitable boxes so that in
future, if we want to look at split feed for other channels.
The seeding is currently underway,” he noted.
He also said that Hardware part of the technology is done
while the software part is yet to be tested while the
changes at the team level will take time.
Anand also mentioned that the network would launch more
channels in the first quarter of the next year. “We will be
having some channels coming up in first quarter next year
and mainly these will be extension launches of our news
and English entertainment channels,” he clarified.
