Sounds wonderful. This channel selection has become a headache and consumes huge time. This is the first time for me as i was with Infinity previously and it was great as for Primary it was Rs 6,999 & Multiple just Rs 275. Even the Kondattam pack you explain looks great as it seems to had all channels i require that too at Rs 300.

Chidambarams son Karthi Chidambaram on a television interview kept repeating about cable cost and said will revert back TRAI changes and will reduce satellite cost historical lows, lets see if something happens post elections.

For now i will first test Super Star Pack and add a few eng movie channels and check if that suits me.

For me also it showed 181. ₹158 + ₹23 idv. Earlier I had only 1 pay channel active in my account. But nothing showed in a-la carte after I activated TN SSP. Then I called customer care and they removed that idv immediately. U call cc. They will remove the idv. It's a bug i think.

You people dont watch english movie channels or is this 181 includes eng movies as well?

I just want to find a similar person like me who watches all eng movies, eng news (CNN, BBC, AL Jazeera, NDTV), soccer & WWE sports (Ten 1 & 2, SS Select 1 & 2 ), all FTA tamil news, and few popular tamil channels ( Sun, Vijay & Kalaigner group) so i can simply follow the choice. :)

Looks like im getting too old for these channel selection game. :LOL:
 
Yes, i do feel getting too old for these channel adding business as for past 2-3 months im planning and trying to create a plan to add all missing channels but only getting frustrated and fail to complete and now my multiple connection is on verge of disconnection.

I do get calls from retention team but i dont believe in what they suggest as they are trained to offer whats best for the company and not for subscribers.

My only plan now is to first get this super star pack somehow and add all missing channels and check how it goes and later move the primary connection to the same if it looks cheaper than Kondattam pack else will go kondattam pack (if HD available) and its done. :)
