Invesco Developing Markets Fund and OFI Global China had moved to NCLT for holding EGM. The tribunal yesterday ordered Zee to call board meeting and consider their EGM request. Today that meeting was called and Zee decided to Not convene the EGM. Likely legal fight ahead.
