TopUp issues and alacarte details

I am unable to top up in sun direct website.It allows only to recharge ..i cannot simply top up a fixed amount in Sun direct
Also the channels subscribed in my Alacarte packs are not visible. Sun direct need to correct its website

Yea it's been their for long time I told many times through customer care they are not listening
