My alacarte channel total is 127rs (  we can add 150rs worth channels r + 22rs taxes = total 172rs ) so i  added 3 channel topups from AIRTEL WEBSITE worth 23rs but it deducted 23rs from main balance.
So my question is : -

1) Why did it get excluded from alacarte billing (i was under 150rs and i was doing online) ?

2) Alacrate packs are displayed as "free topups" while those 23rs topups which i did manually from website are displayed as general packs not free ,so this means those topups are not included in alacarte billing ?

3)Can we change alacarte (fta) topups in airtel website ,any extra cost ? ( or should we email them everytime )

Head hurting question i know :wall  - its airtels fault for making things complicated  :angry

Alacarte pack free topups are different from normal alacarte topups. Only airtel cc can add these free topups. As of now alacarte pack cannot be changed from website.

But we can remove alacarte free topups online - who designed this kind of brainless website .
so i have to email them everytime what kind of nonsense is this . Airtel is doing this on purpose , this could have been a smooth procedure but no airtel just wants to f*** with users.

This is against TRAI (trai introduced it so that users can choose on their own with out restriction , but this guy sunil bharti big waste fellow he just wants to milk money ) , should complaint .

We can choose our own channels now also. Only issue is there is no web interface. They are making it hard for us but I don't think they are violating rules.

TRAI will decide if its violating or not i never complained so if some one knows the procedure help me.

Airtel also cheats us(alacarte customers) by the name of price revision exercise & they do it without informing customers. In 2015 combined price of my alacarte channels was Rs. 127/-. In that pack price of Star Movies & HBO was Rs.15/- & Rs.25/- respectively. Without informing me they revised the price to Rs. 30/- & Rs.35/-. As a result my combined pack price exceeded Rs.150/- & they kicked out NGC from alacarte pack. After complaining they added it but removed Star movies. Really we need a dedicated grievance cell for alacarte customers.
