Or may be they just restored the FEC as Monsoon season is over. They reduced the FEC to provide proper signals in Monsoon and now they restored previous FEC.

I am 100% Sure they are changing FEC for New Channels addition only that too in bunch because September month is channel addition month for TS hya may be this time they may break their all records hya
