So as per this formula
Bit Rate = Symbol Rate * Modulation * Framing * FEC

more symbol rate means more bit rate which results in better PQ. Am I right?

Bro... Some time the PQ depends upon the viewing comfort of certain Viewer , Certain TV and certain Mindset of user. some one happy with low contrast, some one happy with heigh color.. so we cant come to a correct measures of PQ..
