This seems to bad, as all DPOs and some broadcasters are already complying NCF max channels, secondary connection charges etc from many months.

They didnt do anything for 10 days. But 5 days before, filed PIL in court.
This is tactics to get stay by hook & crook. They will give excuse like -less time given by TRAI, CORONA, court case pending etc.
