Even if HC will give judgement in favor of TRAI, there is high chance that Broadcaster will appeal it in SC and demand another stay order. In a super optimistic scenario, it will be implemented by end of 2021 at best. No hope before that.

There is no stay currently. It's just TRAI can't take coercive action. If they lose in Bombay HC you will definitely see a bunch of more NTO 2.0 RIOs. They can't afford sitting back on new launches for too long plus some of them are confident about having nil impact.
 
This Reference Interconnect Offer (“RIO”) is being published by Suryansh Broadcasting Private Limited (“SBPL”/ “Broadcaster”), specifying the technical and commercial terms and conditions, in compliance with The Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Interconnection (Addressable Systems) Regulations, 2017( as Amended The Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Interconnection (Addressable Systems) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2020 , The Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services (Eighth) (Addressable Systems) Tariff Order, 2017 (as amended by The Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services (Eighth) (Addressable Systems) Tariff (Second Amendment) Order, 2020),The Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Standards of Quality of Service and Consumer Protection (Addressable Systems) Regulations, 2017 (as amended by The Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Standards of Quality of Service and Consumer Protection (Addressable Systems)(Third Amendment) Regulations,2020) and The Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Interconnection (Addressable Systems) (Amendment) Regulations,2019. The Distribution Platform Operators (“DPOs”) desirous of re-transmitting signals of the channels distributed by the Broadcaster, (“Channel”) may seek interconnection for the channels on the basis of this RIO. As per TRAI Notification dated 01st January 2020, this RIO shall be effective from 01st October 2020.

Same ALC as earlier. Notified earlier this year.
 
Airtel's channel 999 is showing different price for SD & HD feed of leading channels like Star Plus, SET, Sab, Zee TV, Colors, Zee Cinema, Star Gold, Max, etc. SD at 12 & HD at 19.
Others please check with your operator.
