This speculation is not specific to tata sky I hope.

First, it's not speculation, but TRAI rules. Second, as far as I know,  no one else uses the Access Fee model anymore.

And it's not just about HD Access Fees. Prices of most channels will crash and bundling will come down.

Does that applies to special channels too?

No.You can keepyour channel at more than rs 19 but you can have it as a la carte only,bundling not allowed then.

So HD Access Fees no more. RIP HD Access Fees but I think after 6 months. Definitely a good news. But I doubt about special channels.
