This happens when government hires employees based on quota, outdated examination pattern for hiring govt employees and money. Rather than proper planning and execution skilled employees.
Ur words may be true if employee's are working independently free & fair but unfortunately in our country no authority are can be able do that

Coming to the issue NTO implementation coz of corporate especially corporate who having OTT last 2 years OTT growth is huge due to NTO implementation

Our people won't go for OTT if channels price are reasonable .. so trai operated by corporate TRAI for corporate by corporate of corporate as simple as that AVi is the biggest example for that .. 4 years back they sold 2gb 3g data for 300 rs what is the action taken by trai ?? Nothing just enjoying their time sleeping in office

Jio came as the nightmare for them then rest are history

I am also not going to subscribe Channels in excess of Rs 12...

Good. TN operators know that people will boycott cable altogether with these high prices instead of paying. The rest of the operators in the country know they can fleece however much they want and the people will still pay. More MSOs must fight this instead of joining in on the loot by broadcasters.
