hi want to transfer my friends tatasky to me and merge it to my account. whats actual procedure and look at the picture attached it is showing packs before his account status became de-active

what is this state pack ? (its not opening saying try again later)

why it showing HD Access Fee ( Rs. 30 per month)

Just mail them details. They will verify and transfer the account. You can use their online chat from portal as well.
 
No it will not. You can ask them first. Without your wish they will not be installing. :P
 
ok thanks , any idea about above mentioned pack? and multi tv limit of tatasky is 1+3. if frnds id have 1primary +1multi tv and i want to merge will both be added to my id or not.
 
If or current TV and this TV installed in same house then it will be under single id with second TV as multi TV.

Otherwise it all be desperate account id.

State pack is similar to dhamal mix pack, some 2-3 knowledge channel less like animal planet.

Rate is 185 per month.

i contacted cc many times.
first they said.. transfer not possible , address can be changed not name. merge only possible if both account have same name.
second time they said.. name can be changed and merge possible of accounts with same name. can i take your request? i replied not now.
third time they said.. complete name cannot be changed. i replied : what do you mean by complete name? they reply back can i take your request they will tell you all thing.

so i am confused and i think even they are also. did anybody have any idea?
 
I did this transfer of ownership through web-portal + CC.
It was successful & name and address both gets changed. No any issue, they installed the dish also without any charges. But they may or may not charge you for this, I am not sure.

*Your existing Tata Sky subscriber account should be greater the 6 Months for you to opt for a Transfer of Ownership (TOO). Your existing account will be cancelled and a new account will be given. Remaining account balance, if any, shall stand forfeited.

my friend uses tatasky for only initial 3 months since then it is in deactive mode(Rs.-18), its been 2 year that his account is deactive now. so does it covers 6 months need to transfer ownership?
