it added in all base pack today, please wait for few hours, if you don't get it, please call cc.
I can't confirm my status, as I already subscribed travelxp:hd (Rs23/month). I can't remove it as 1 month lock-in period is not over.

Till yesterday, Travel XP:hd was showing add-on (paid) in my account, from today it's showing free. Also my recharge due date extended. That confirms the channel is added into :hd add-ons in minimum base pack.
