To Down load Software in Hyndai STB manually( STB 1)
Forced OTA (Applicable to Hyundai STB NA5000 Only)
a. Forced OTA should only be used in case of first installation and where Software
upgrade is not initiated automatically as described above .
b. To initiate forced OTA, press Up Arrow and Menu Key simultaneously, release
both keys and then press OK Key. (front panel STB keys)
c. This shall bring up Software download screen and initiate Software download.

Factory Reset
a. If any abnormal behavior is observed on feature / functions and channel tune,
Factory reset can be performed.
b. User shall loose all his settings including favorites after factory Reset.
c. To do Factory reset
i. Long press ‘Red Colour Key’ on remote (for 20sec) in Standby mode
ii. STB shall come back to First Installation Screen. Press OK to Channel
scan.
iii. Long press ‘Power Key’ (7 sec) to enable power cycle.
