Why d2h employees come & ask for that...
It's not illegal or bug ; just a leeway in the system & confusion with HD Addon term

Which Pack are you on?

I am using South Value Sports on Airtel(I am not from south though) @ Rs.255/p.m (I get all Sports except NEO Package) + Start World & Zee Cafe which is comparable to D2H South Silver Sports Pack @ Rs.262 (Without Sony PIX & SIX) and english.

Can you please message me the trick I can have HD in my office activate if cheaper the HD Package!

U can get SS + 3M South Super Premium HD (35 HD channels ; only Travel XP HD is missing) for 202+117=319 pm...
