bro i done before that it is not possible to downgrade from south diamond to any package for roi customer, some error message are there

I said the case with 'sagurathod brother' only.

In online we can watch fp+hd @200Rs.

I added Malayalam add-on only for my parents.

But I think sagurathod bro already subscribed to south package secretly, but cannot downgrade properly.... #some error he is noting....
