TS+HD not detecting USB WiFi dongle

I tried both USB ports on the box but its not detecting the dongle.....I have also tried after a reboot.

Got any solutions frns..........?

The device is normally working with Home Theater / TV / PC

I believe you should buy a WiFi adapter which is provided by Tatasky..... Only it vl work on ts box.... Call cc for further details....

TS wont allow different types of dongles with their STB. So you will have to purchase from TS a special dongle or use reliable LAN cable connection if possible.
