MUMBAI: Turner has launched a new channel
Oh!K on Singapore’s StarHub TV. Now audiences
in Singapore can watch Korean shows, with many
premiering within a month of their initial telecast.
Hitting Singapore screens on 28 October, just
one day after its premiere in Korea, is the drama
‘Pride and Prejudice’, which stars actor Choi Jin-
hyuk.
Other dramas that viewers can look forward to
on Oh!K include ‘Diary of a Night Watchman’,
where a secret gang of night-watchmen solves
cases involving the realms of the supernatural,
and ‘You Are My Destiny’, which stars popular
onscreen couple Jang Hyuk and Jang Na-ra. ‘You
Are My Destiny’ is a remake of the Taiwanese
idol drama, ‘Fated to Love You’, which starred
Ethan Ruan and Joe Chen.
Variety shows that will air include ‘Infinite
Challenge’, a long-running show that features
popular celebrities fighting off one another to win
the challenge of the week, as well as the reality
show ‘Dad, Where Are We Going?’, a hit series
which put the spotlight on celebrity fathers
taking on the responsibility of looking after their
children.
