TV screen going to black screen automatically

This problem face my stb last 3 month & now

Channel change sometimes all channel black screen & switch off power button

It might be a problem in HDMI cable. Try to change it. Also try to change the HD resolution in STB settings. Try to lower it.

till then, I am unable to watch TV. TS don't have exact new software launch date for technicolor box.

Bro I had this problem back 2 years ago on my DishTv connection and the problem was with my HDMI cable. Try changing it and see if that works

Bro if you have AV cable connect it, then you can confirm problem for HDMI cable or any other issues..

Bro I think it's costs upto 100 to 250 rs based on the quality..
Before buying try to borrow a AV cable from any friend & try...:k
