First off all most all DD channels are mandatory on dth platforms, but addition is depend upon bandwidth and some understandings between both parties.

DD India is not a mendetary channel for dth operator even it's wasn't available on DD freedish for a year.same case for DD imphal,DD mijoram too as these channels not telecast 24×7...
